Brazilians consume the most pesticides in the world, primarily because environmental and food production laws are less strict than in many other places. And, public awareness of the food production process in Brazil is low.
For a period of two years, Agência Pública and Repórter Brazil will publish reports, investigations and more on the food production in Brazil.
