Improv theater, also known as theatre sport. Reasonably funny, but the show only really got going after the break, when the troupe required structural semi-random input from the audience.
The troupe was voted "Best Theater Company, 2008" by the SF Bay Guardian "Best of the Bay".
Regular tickets go for 15 dollars, but an outfit on Union Square (in San Francisco) sells half price tickets for many shows.
The director of the show (if there is such a thing for improv), Dave Dyson, is currently writing a full length zombie parody of Jesus Christ Superstar (his website, which should have a trailer, currently doesn't work).
